Why is no one nominating JMM as fighter of the decade?

I see that JMM is a bit salty and is contradicting himself talking about Mayweather not being a real fighter because he potshots and moves away but also dosnt say anything about Andre Wards dirty tactics. His list is as follows 1 Mayweather
    2 Pacquiao
    3 Andre Ward
    4 Canelo
    For fighter of the decade
He says Canelo must unify and fight some young fighters in their prime, but it sounds like another contradiction to me cuz Mayweather did none of that he fought them out of their prime AND slapped them with a big serving of ASide politics. I want to call JMM a hater but I can’t because I almost want to put JMM on my number 2 pick because let’s face it he deserves to be nominated. He’s a fighter who never really got beat in the ring, he always was held back by the politics and never got red carpet ASide treatment. All in all I believe biased or not most of us SHOULD agree that he deserves at the very least to be ahead of Andre Ward and Canelo

He scored the knockout of the decade but besides the Pac fight what did he do to deserve fighter of he decade? He fought one other elite fighter and got soundly beaten.

This is why he’s not even being considered

You are right. For some reason people hold mayweathers win against marquez despite him being half his size, but dount count canelos cause he was 'young'. Canelo could (should) have about 4 or 5 losses this decade.

Take away his Pacquiao fights and you are left with little of interest over the last 10 years.
Even Tim Bradley had a better decade (a decade in which he beat Marquez).
