These circus shows are tarnishing the DAZN brand. Matchroom USA is the Bellator of boxing. After they saw Haney wasn't gonna pull in big gates and ratings they haven't really prioritized building up their stable from the bottom up. Instead they're focusing on name recognition and hoping that fighters built up by other promoters will be lured in by the money they throw at them.
