I'm pretty sure I was watching an interview with Sergio Mora who was there and he mentioned the guys he was with (Mannix and Coppinger) having Harrison up before the stoppage.

It was just a typo, he mentioned California multiple times in the article. It was probably an editor who didn’t realize there’s an Ontario, California and changed one word before publishing.
