Former WBO cruiserweight world champion Marco Huck has pulled out from a scheduled fight with undefeated heavyweight contender Joe Joyce. The fight was set to take place on January 11 from the TUI-Arena in Germany. They were ordered to fight for the vacant EBU world title, and Huck's promotional company had won the purse bid - which is why the contest was taking place in his backyard. Ticket sales were reportedly doing well.
