Why doesn’t Golovkin move to 168? Easy to make the weight. Remember Froch, Chavez Jr.

Instead of GGG draining himself 15lbs of water to make 160 for so how many years, why doesn’t he just relax, take it easy and fight anyone at 168?

Is it because these later years at 168 the guys are very big? I thought GGG wanted Chavez Jr. or Froch at the full 168 back in 2015. Those guys certainly weren’t small SMWs.

Because he is too small to move up from 160, too big to go down from same 160.

    He is just perfect size.

    The first perfect size MW.

The older you get, the harder it is to lose weight. He's older than Noah's ark so gaining weight isn't a good long term idea.

But he was always bigger than Canelo at 160. You're saying Golovkin and his professional team don't know about bench pressing or a different diet to easily move to 168-175? If in theory GGG hits harder than any 160 fighter, then his muscle memory, natural power, easily goes to north. His BACK is one of the biggest wing muscles in the game. The hooks will still hurt anyone, especially since his natural power isn't deprived anymore

... back then (Froch, Chavez Jr.) he was after big money fights...

... now he's really rich and really old...

I agree he needs to move up.
He looks sickly when he's at the 160 press before the fights.
            Even looks kinda green.
He needs to move up were the comp will at least be abit slower cause let's face it hes lost alot of speed.
            I don't understand why he wouldn't unless he's a weight bully.

              Exactly my point.

He can call out WWs (Floyd) and SMWs (Froch, Chavez) but has refused to move up or down not even by a single LB.

Hence my conclusion of him being perfect size.

GGG doesn't have the power to KO the good fighters @ 168.He found that out vs Canelo.Barely budged him with his punches.

Draining? he makes 160 easy. Also who is at 168? 160 is a much stronger division.
