Maybe they would have pushed Joshua-Ruiz 2 to a different time slot or held it in a different location but it would definitely be PPV.

DAZN to a hardcore boxing has great value no doubt. The two Canelo fights and the WBSS tourney alone makes it worth it, let alone the other fights we get.

However, in what world would Joshua/Ruiz be a PPV fight in the afternoon? Last boxing afternoon PPV was…..?

And is that a joke that Jacobs vs Jr would be PPV?

Chavez and Jacobs are both PPV fighters. If they’re fighting another name, it’s on PPV, until DAZN came around.

The fight took place in Saudia Arabia at afternoon time stateside. So no, that was not going to be on PPV.

No chance in hell Jacobs/Jr is on PPV either. Jr hasn't done ANYTHING since the Canelo loss. You don't put him on PPV off no legitimate fights since that loss.

Broner was on PPV against Pacquiao. EVERY Pacquiao fight stateside is PPV. Terrible comparison.

Crawford vs Khan should not have been PPV but ESPN couldn't afford it.… and it ended up doing 120k buys according to Arum and he said he wasn't putting Crawford back on PPV unless it was against someone like Spence.

It's okay to big up DAZN and its value. No need to exaggerate and say these two fights would have been on PPV.

I like the price of DAZN but other than that I hate it. It’s lagged multiple times on every card I’ve watched except for one, the Canelo-ufc stunt, the commentary sucks, they have those weird segments between fights with random people, commercials between rounds, etc/

To be fair I also don’t like pbc or any of these new boxing platforms. I miss old hbo and showtime. ultimately all I care about is the actual fight itself though so I get over it and watch a good fight on any of them.
