    Arum biggest mistake

Was to not pay Manny his 20 mill guaranteed to fight Crawford. I mean Crawford was a high risk fight for Manny so he should have been paid for it. That would have been at least one good fighter on Crawfords resume.

If I was him I'd be pissed at Arum.

Arum made a huge mistake. Even if he would have taken a loss there, it would have been a great win on his resume.

When your biggest names are Postol, shot Khan and shot and undersized chin Gamboa, you should blame your promoter.

I feel bad for Crawford. All that talent and he will be forgotten after his retirement.

Doing so would have lit Crawfords star sooner and he would be viewed as a much bigger star right now over Spence.

Right you are, Arum was not going to rig and fix all of Floyd's fights like Haymon did. But Arum would have made all that money with Pacquaio anyway. Pacquiao was the real superstar of the era, Floyd was the counterfeit rigged pretender.

You want proof? Floyd ducking the $100m plus Pac rematch is your proof.

Broner got a fight with Pacquiao before Crawford as did Thurman...

Not only that but even before Pacquiao jumped to PBC, Bob was talking more about Pacquiao vs Loma with Pacquiao going down in weight more than he was talking Pacquiao vs Crawford

Bud is a great fighter in that ring but he kinda slipped through meaning based on his Amateur career not many expected him to be this good so no promoter even bothered to sign him or even invest in him. Bud just worked his ass off, he has a crazy Mayweather like work ethic he put in the work and got HIMSELF Better. Cameron Dunkin recently talked about how he had to BEG Arum to put Crawford on Cards.

Bud wasn't "CHOSEN" like some of the other fighters who was Amateur Superstars and went to the Olympics and all that, he found his own way to get to the top NO SHORTCUTS. Lets not forget 2014 it was suppose to be Mikey Garcia vs Gamboa Originally...

it was Bud Crawford who Stepped Up and fought him while a lot of people was accusing Mikey of ducking Gamboa at that time

Bob was busy trying to make everybody else a Star besides Bud, even was pushing Jeff Horn for awhile and not only got Jeff Horn the fight with Pacquiao, he got Jeff Horn the fight in Australia

You take as if there was no way Pacquiao could have beat Crawford. If Pac can beat Thurman he would have had a solid chance of beating Crawford. I would have pick Crawford to beat old Pac but it was not a sure thing That Crawford would have beat Pac had they fought back then.

Arum has lived longer than most people ever live and he is worth about 300 million bucks so he can afford a mistake now and then. Overall he is damn good at what he does.
