"Wow! Julio Cesar Schiff. He should work for MSNBC."

And funny how you hoist the worst prez ever right up that pole like he's your lord-and-master. Complete b.s. Here's some REALITY for ya kid...

A bunch of traditional recession indicators have shown up: The yield curve has inverted, the manufacturing and housing sectors have weakened, and income inequality has spiked to the highest level on record. Business investment has fallen for six straight months, and declined by 3% in the third quarter, the largest drop since 2015. The retrenchment by businesses helped turn Wednesday's U.S. workforce productivity report — a key economic metric that compares goods-and-services output to the number of labor hours worked — negative for the first time in four years. But, somehow, repubs are showing us libs, eh? See, this is what happens when an entire political party goes full blown DA, and turns cult member at the same time. Thanx again to you repubs for Voting While ******... even though we WARNED you repeatedly. Where did you go wrong? By BELIEVING Mr 12K Lies And Counting and repub legislators when they sold you that bill-of-good they called a tax break... when it was really a 1.5 trillion $$ tax SCAM: 85% went to rich who don't even need it, and they only pumped 3-4% of that back into employees. The rest went to stock buybacks. 15% went to middle class... which after a couple years turns into a tax INCREASE for us. AND McConnell is now barking to reduce medicare/medicaid and social security payments to PAY for that huge hole in our budget. AND our tax breaks were REMOVED (including teachers being able to write off on taxes the $$ they spend on school supplies etc for poor kids), and because of it, TEN OF THOUSANDS are now having to pay IRS hundreds and thousands... whereas before they got REFUNDS.
Well you think things were better 8 years ago than now, and I things are better now than 8 years ago. You think the people running for the Dem nomination will make things even better with their economic expertise, I think they'll tank the economy and there's no such thing as FREE ANYTHING. At least there was no name calling. Seriously no hard feelings, I hope you don't have any for me. No Antifa stuff.

    • For Christ sake JCC Jr. You are Mexican. You are supposed to be a born fighter. Heads? Elbows? Thats what you should be throwing you idiot. This guy is not a scratch on his dad. Worst thing is i think hes got the talent in there. Ive seen good natural ability from this guy. But he clearly doesnt have a Boxers heart and you just cant get very far in Boxing without a Boxers heart.

You bite down on your mouth gaurd and you carry on. You dont take it out and call game over. A guy can be forgiven a quit due to circumstance in my book as long as career wise its not the norm, but this guy has done it on too many occasions. He has stated he will be back and he will be better, NO Jr YOU MIGHT BE BACK BUT YOU WONT BE BETTER. Hes like the Mexican Audley Harrison.

The warcry of the looney left is what its been for decades, raaaaacism. It’s the card used every election year to drum up their base. It’s called election by division and they are masters at it. It works because when you deal with an ignorant electorate that listens to 10 seconds sound clips with a 5 second attention span well this is the result. The news media from day one has talked down the economy, had “experts” on their shows pushing an agenda that’s not based on reality, stoked and flamed the raaaaaaacism boogie man, and openly wish for the collapse of the economy just so they can get back in power. The demon**** know the ONLY way back to power is to divide and hope for a poor economy. That’s an awesome message to run on isn’t it? However for some it is working as is obvious with your post and you’d make Jospeh Goebbels proud.

The economy is roaring and has been since this president took office and killed job killing regulations, cut taxes FOR ALL. If you’re not making money hand over fist in this economy then you either 1) don’t have money to begin with 2) blame the ills of your misfortune on some invisible entity or 3) spend away more than you take in and still blame others for your ignorance. The media has tried and tried to talk us into a recession and it hasn’t worked. They tried to prop up their last failed prince during the last presidency but facts don’t care about feelings. When you bow to every despot across the globe, send money to every crack pot dicatator hoping they’ll go away, draw imaginary red lines that mean nothing, hold a weak limp wristed foreign policy and then are shocked when you get stepped on then of course a strong president is a shock to the system. That’s what happens when millenial soy boys are cast aside for strong America first policies. I know it’s saddening when your country under the previous administration doesn’t have a single quarter during 8 years of 3% GDP, hell I believe most were 1% or less and then the “boogey man” sets things right with record unemployment and 3+% GDP quarter over quarter. The only way Demon**** win is to hope for a bad economy and divide people along racial lines. So please take your negativity elsewhere and when he is re-elected I fully expect to see you back on these boards saying “you were right.” The so called “media” had it wrong with Ms. Pantsuits Clinton and they have it wrong again. He will win because the people are tired of politicians and sick of Washington and their sheep followers. I
All I did was write Julio Cesar Schiff and we end up with the Schiff show.

Try researching. A good place to start is directly from the IRS website. I’ll keep informing you that facts don’t care about your feelings.

            “ Top 1 percent

The top 1 percent of earners filed about 1.4 million returns in 2016. They had a cumulative adjusted gross income valued at more than $2 trillion.

The top 1 percent paid the highest effective income tax rate – at about 27 percent – than any other group. That percentage is also more than seven-times the rate paid by the bottom 50 percent of taxpayers. Those in the top 0.1 percent paid an even higher rate, at 27.1 percent.

Individuals in the top 1 percent of earners paid more than $538 billion in income taxes in 2016 – more than the bottom 90 percent of payers combined.

            Top 5 percent

The top 5 percent of filers submitted more than 7 million returns in 2016 – accounting for more than 35 percent of total adjusted gross income.

This group paid a collective $839.8 billion in income taxes in 2016. That represents more than 58 percent of the share of total income taxes paid that year.

Americans between the top 1 percent and the top 5 percent paid the second highest average income tax rate – at about 19.2 percent.

            Top 10 percent

Taxpayers belonging to America’s top 10 percent of earners filed more than 14 million returns in 2016. This group reported adjusted gross income of more than $4.7 trillion.

People belonging to this group paid more than $1 trillion, collectively, in income taxes. Their share of total income taxes paid was about 69 percent.”

This isn’t a charity and the last time I checked “the poor” don’t employ people, make payroll, float lines of credit to pay their employees to remain in business. They are the risk takers that employ you and I and pay a greater percentage of their pay to our bloated fat piggy government who cannot stop spending.

Can't argue that. The problem is gov't spending and wasting. By the way I make payroll, spend on marketing and take risks and have been doing it for 19 years. I tip my hat to you wisdom and common sense.

I tip my hat to you sir for being one of the risk takers and employing people! We need more people like you and if the government got out of the way we’d have an economy that’s the envy of the world!
