    Fake promises and announcements by boxers...

    ...that turned out to be total bull****, a mere publicity stunt, or both.
    I'll start:

    - Andre Ward claiming he'd compete at HW and become champ.
    - GGG: "anyone from 154 to 168".

      I seem to remember Bhop telling us he would go up to heavy and beat David Haye, and Joe Calzaghe talking about beating Klitschko..
