With all things considered I believe they're even in terms of drawing power & I actually think if Andrade had the platforms/opportunities Charlo had, he'd be bigger than him without question. The Charlo brand has lost a lot of steam since 12/22/18.
But let's kick the statistics & address the misconceptions. You saying Charlo's highest numbers was like 2M on Fox. That's good! But that number is unequivocally not a consistent number. Also by that same logic Jrock is a bigger name/draw than Andrade because he had a bigger viewership number on Fox than Andrade as well. So let's x that out.
I'm doing this all of the top, no research needed. The last time Andrade fought on a premium network like Charlo's last fight was, not only did Andrade have a higher viewership which was around 700K iirc. He also had a higher viewership than the main event (Andrade was on the undercard).
The attendance for Andrade's fight on 6/29/19 was higher than Charlo's was on that very same day. In Charlo's most recent fight at the Barclays Center, I can't find any reports on the attendance number. But I do know that the upper deck section(s) were not opened. As for multi millions. There isn't anything to support that but I don't necessarily doubt it either, but I will say this: I highly doubt Charlo is touching anything substantial compared to what Andrade is touching. I haven't seen or heard any info on Charlo's purses recently. The last one I heard was for 500K iirc. I at least have a source that Andrade touched a mill at Dazn vs Akavov & he's now in his 4th fight at Dazn...
Dazn damn near has a monopoly on the 160s that actually matter. It's almost illogical for them to strategically corner the division. Then turn around & have Andrade concede to someone who's not undoubtedly a bigger name/draw than he is.
I say all that to say this the metrics don't add up in regards to him being a bigger star let alone a "much bigger star" than Andrade. If we're being objective they're pretty much even.

What i can say is that it doesn't seem like neither Charlo or Andrade are gonna get the Canelo or triple g fight anytime soon so they might as well fight each other don't you agree??
But I don't understand the logic of Andrade being unable to get anyone on his side of the street to fight him, so Charlo should try to cross the street. Doesn't make sense. Charlo's side of the street has opponents rated higher than Andrade that Charlo can fight.
