That’s a good way of looking at things, he isn’t getting that sort of money at PBC for sure. And it’s for a unification as well with no string attached, well apart from the strings attached to these muppets by Haymon it seems.

What I don’t get is, Haymon is meant to be their adviser, he is supposed to work for them.

But Haymon main priority with his top names is his own network deals with FOX and Showtime. And some of these guys rely on him so much, and they trust his judgement.

Who has more viewers. Who has larger gates. Who has larger fanbases. Who has more exposure.

Charlo did two million more viewers on Fox than Andrade did on HBO. Andrade just can't compete with Charlo's level of exposure and awareness.

Charlo has 3x as many followers on instagram as Andrade.

Charlo has the most important and respected belt in boxing. Andrade has the least important belt.

Charlo fights on the biggest stage possible, Fox. Andrade fights on the smallest stage possible, DAZN.

There's no comparison. Charlo is the A-side.

If in your definition of "star," Charlo doesn't qualify, that's fine. I have no issue if you reserve the term for crossover star level guys like Mayweather, Pacquiao, Canelo, Cotto, etc.

But there's no doubt Charlo is a bigger star than Andrade. There's no doubt Charlo is more well known than Andrade.

It isn't a career high pay day by far. It's likely a career high pay day by a couple million and also comes attached with a future option. My educated experienced professional opinion is that it's not worth a couple million bucks to cross the street and have everything stacked against you, only to then get stuck with a future option if you manage to knock the guy out and avoid getting screwed. Not to go fight a B-side in a fight that really wouldn't be that big of a fight.

If Charlo is going to cross the street, it's going to be for Canelo or GGG. Period. Not for the guy they're ducking.

charlo is a much bigger star. hes not going across the street fight a smaller star. If he was being offered 15 million to fight Canelo, hed probably do it. But for a couple million more than he makes now, he's not gonna go to dazn to get robbed on the cards by andrade.

Exactly. They act like they don’t want them to fight at all. What the hell kind of boxing fan are these two that don’t want to see two prime undefeated world champions at 28-0 and 30-0 fight each other. Who cares what network it’s on. Charlo has just been offered a career high payday that he just asked for a week ago against a guy THEY claim is a B level fighter. If Charlo doesn’t take this fight then He’s clearly afraid of Andrade. The winner would be considered one of the top fighters in the world. They both have everything to lose or everything to gain by taking this fight. Anyone that doesn’t want this fight is not a boxing fan and doesn’t have a clue.
