Comments Thread For: Usyk, Chisora Tabled For March 7 as Joshua Mandatories Unfold

Matchroom Boxing head Eddie Hearn is already playing out his heavyweight deck of cards for 2020. Oleksandr Usyk will fight Dereck Chisora on March 7, Hearn told BoxingScene.com in an interview. The fight is tentatively being tabled, just to see if Anthony Joshua has to first move forward with his IBF mandatory with Kubrat Pulev.

Hope this happens - Chisora v Usyk is in many ways a more interesting fight than AJ v Pulev!

Might want to fight Pulev, because we know that if any organization will strip the champ for not honoring their timetable, it's the IBF! Why 32-9 Chisora? Why not Dillian Whyte, who KO'd Chisora just a year ago?

Who cares about belts? You think anyone believes Manuel Charr is a champ? Drop the belts in the gutter and make the Best fights.

I'd like to see Usyk fight a Chisora/Parker before he targets the big 3 of the division. The Witherspoon fight was barely more than an introduction to the division.

Usyk Vs Chisora could be a good one.

We shall finally see what is Usyk worth in HW. I still claim he is overrated as hell and Chisora will KO him.

Whyte was ordered to fight Pulev for a mandatory spot and he ducked the eliminator.

Interesting fight, Usyk is the superior fighter but Chisora is a very physical guy and if he comes in good shape he might genuinely cause Usyk problems

The fact that Usyk would agree to face Chisora with the Joshua shot in the bag shows major major major confidence.

Wilder the big fraud that he is, would never take such a risk. Usyk Pulev Whyte Chisora, these guys are real true warriors. It's a shame the big fraud coward pretender hoax wilder has a belt. Disgusting.

Come on man, don't talk like that about the guy who brought you Stiverne 2 and Ortiz 2.
