Only time will tell how good the young boy is at his job , and if he is respected enough to be taken on by any high profile talented fighters . If he isn't you have your answer , if he is you will get an answer in due course.

In the first Ruiz fight. AJ was making basic errors. And poor choices. It wasn't his trainers fault
For the record, I may be in the minority but I still believe it was Andy's lack of strategy that doomed his rematch. Everyone points to his weight but in actuality he was still fast and fighting hard all 12 rounds, it wasn't a stamina issue. Andy's size presented poor optics and a convenient scapegoat but even lighter with great training the outcome was going to be the same. Andy simply couldn't adjust, he had no other strategy.

I doubt it was Davison's fault Fury boxed so poorly against Wallin. Just like I doubt it was him who made Fury do so well against Wilder.
Soon as a boxer has a bad fight they blame their trainer.

WBO, IBF, IBO, WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has no issue with Tyson Fury's decision to part ways with trainer Ben Davison. As BoxingScene.com first reported earlier this week, Fury made a decision to cut ties with Davison - and hired trainer SugarHill Steward of Detroit, Michigan.
