Brook, Thurman and Spence are massive for the weight, and Danny Garcia is big for the weight, and none of them could keep Porter off with any great consistency.

What chance do you give Crawford, a guy who's clearly small for the weight?
How many of those hw's are putting ANY other web's down with 1 punch? Crawford has a great chance at beating them all as his ring iq is pretty damn good. I've seen all those ww's get lit up. At this point I give Crawford a 50/50 chance of beating them all. I dont think any current ww is the best of the bunch, the problem is none of the pbc guys want to prove it with Crawford, not the other way around

        Tell 'em!

I wonder where they ranked Porter after the Ugas fight (that he arguably lost imo)?

Yeah man and good example. Nobody gave Porter a chance against Spence, the general consensus was that he was going to get battered and stopped in the mid rounds. Now he is suddenly a world beater again (no disrespect to Porter here). Some boxing fans are very fickle

I don't think I would put money down on Porter to win, because Bud geeze, but I think Porter would definitely stretch him. And for sure it'd be a fight worth watching, especially after seeing Bud willing to throw down in that last fight. "Mean Machine" was a skirmish - Porter would be a war.

And like I said, the reason is because NSB only cares about the 'eye test'. Their eyeballs saw Crawford eat beautiful two-piece combos off of traps, eat flush right crosses, get dropped even if not called, majority of people felt it should have been. So to them, he failed the 'eye test' because it wasn't a whitewash like Horn. Plus nobody rated Kavaliauskas going into this. We've seen it time and again.

Porter has three losses. Porter is not hard to hit and gets hit a lot. Crawford is faster and hits harder than Porter in my opinion. Crawford has been KOing everyone he fights recently while Porter isn't knocking knocking guys down. Porter is a good tough fighter who throws lots of punches and always attacks. But he comes up a little short against the very best and Crawford is a little too good for him.
