I don't think its a bad fight for either guy. Breazeale got destroyed in his most recent fight. A win over an up and coming contender would be an ideal first step back into contention. Kownacki needs a more relevant name on his resume. He also needs to keep testing himself against tall rangy heavyweights if he is to have any chance of winning a belt. Breazeale is that kind of fighter but he's also flawed enough that Kowancki should be able to beat him so long as he's disciplined.

Breazeale can’t compete at the top level as we’ve seen. As for Kownacki, I suspect he won’t be able to compete at the top level either but it’s yet to be seen, so it’ll be good to see how he can do against Breazeale, if he can deal with him like the guys who beat Breazeale did.
I like him as a fighter but I think you're right. He's not disciplined enough. I see the Polish Cris Arreola rather than the first Polish Heavyweight champion.

So, considering he cant fight for a belt right now, Breazeale is a decent fight, when you consider who’s available under the PBC banner. Who do they have better than Brezeale apart from Wilder and maybe Ortiz? Oh and Ruiz too, if he continues after he made all that money.

He would arguably be better off fighting on DAZN with AJ, Whyte, Usyk, Chisora, Hrgovic, Povetkin, Hunter etc.. far better fights to be had, if it’s not a title fight.
Well, if he cannot fight for a belt, I'd much prefer Kownacki fight a theoretically bigger name. If such a weak fighter as Whyte is no. 4 or such an old grandpa as Ortiz no. 5 I think Adam could fight them and maul them.
If not them -- a fight with Ruiz Jr can be a great one..
But fighting Breazeale after his pathetic loss to Wilder is a waste of time, esp. taking into account it will be tough to stop Breazeale sooner than Wilder did.

He couldn't finish Arreola though and Wilder did.

            I think Adam beats him.

I think Adam might be a bit tougher and hit a bit harder than folks give him credit for cause he looks soft.

Not to be racist, but, them Poles is strong man.

I like the way he fights. He seems to have a lot of stamina. Probably gets hit too much but that may be a result of his style.
Not really thrilled with his association with drug cheat Jarrell Miller but will reserve judgement on him for now.

I'm not high on Kownacki, but this is another step for him. KO of Dom and I'm sure he'll get a shot at Wilder.
