I understand the excitation on Chavez jr, he brought it to himself. Unfortunately for Jacobs, Chavez jr is in top shape today. He has looked amazing in the gym and has gone thorough whatever Roach has put in front of him. He seems very motivated and ready to go. If he looses to Jacobs there will be no excuse. He was ready. Chavez Jr still has some battery in him to become a good fighter. Attraction is not needed, he has it already. Either you hate him or you like him, but you will always paid to see him either win or lose. Not a lot of these youngster have that angel to put A$$es on those seat like JR.

A quick trip to Ticketmaster shows there's only a limited amount of lower bowl and floor seats available. Therefore, it's sold more tickets than that. probably more like 5-6K.

Incidentally, Charlo-Harrison has sold a lot less tickets in a much smaller building. Putting that fight on in Ontario was a bonehead decision because that's a great fight.

I'm not sure they actually sold those tickets. They were not selling at all an then out of nowhere a large percentage of tickets disappeared. Same thing happened with the Wilder fight when they started handing out free tickets.
