I think Wilder stops Whyte late, after some difficult rounds. Still not sure why he ducked Whyte doe. Am putting the ducking down to politics more than him being scared of what Whyte brings, i mean Whyte style would be difficult for Wilder in the beginning but he solved it later on once Whyte's stamina goes down in the later rounds, thus losing focus and getting smashed.

Stylistically it might be a challenge for Wilder, Whyte has very long arms and a good jab. Like you I think Wilder at some point will catch Whyte and very likely the fight would be over then, however I could see Whyte winning the fight up until that point and potentially even hurting Wilder.

You also have to factor in that Joshua already beat Whyte convincingly and if Wilder's performance is inferior then reduces his image/bargaining power.

I think he is not overrated. he has clearly better resume than Wilder.

I definitely can see whyte winning until he gets caught, I could even see Chisora winning against Wilder before he gets stopped. Their style would be difficult for Wilder, they don't just fight from the outside and circle to Wilder's side, they weave, throw the jab and sometimes sit on their opponent's chest.

I also had that fight to Chisora, i don't like calling a close fight a robbery but Chisora should have got the nod in that fight. They would always give the fight to the younger name with a better future, just like Tyson Fury - John Mcdermott first fight..
