Fighters should invest their earnings as they go along. People like Danny Williams have no business being in the ring anymore. He keeps taking big beatings and this will affect him in the long run.

Yer it's abit sad for these fighters that have made some good coin but have been ripped of by the system.
Most of these promoters don't give two ***s about the fighter aslong as he brings in the coin.

I wonder where his money went? As well he was one of Britain's top heavyweights for along time. I enjoyed all of his fights, even his duels with Audley Harrison.

As a kid, I can remember first seeing him on the British under card of Mike Tyson vs Evander holyfield I 'Judgement Night'.

I don't understand how some guys get licensed by commissions to fight. It's sad but Danny Williams knows nothing else and in his mind would have nothing without boxing..

Who the f*** clears a fighter like DW and gives him a licence? He was done over a decade ago. There should be some boundaries and responsibility from the sanctioning bodies. 10 stoppage losses and you´re out of the game for good.
