Larry, you know better. If a fighter gets hurt from a punch, tries to clinch, and falls down, that's a knockdown. He was not thrown down. He was not pushed down. He couldn't hold because his opponent was trying to work through the clinch.

This is pretty much what happened...a case can definitely be made it was a kd.
