Mikey Garcia should win. Jessie Vargas hasn't gotten a legit win since 2016. That's almost 4 years. The one common opponent they have is Adrien Broner and Mikey handled him a lot easier. Weight favors Vargas but he isn't a puncher. Garcia's skills should carry the day.
