Yep. Excuse #1. Fury changed trainers so not enough time to prepare for the Wilder fight.

Ive always felt the old timers were the best. Those who have had boxing in their blood from a young age eg like the likes of Manny Steward and Cus D' Amato which have both sadly passed now.Comment

Thats very true. I know Davidson has suffered from depression himself so this might not even be all Furys choice, but Ingle does have the experience, i think its more something about him rubbing me the wrong way, didnt feel that way about Brendan. Hope Fury himself isnt entering another dip, it almost stops me rooting for him to be undisputed champ, it feels like hed likely relinquish it all and we'd have four different champions again have gotten nowhere.Comment

Who cares lol the only person who thought Ben Davison was a good trainer is Robbie Barrett. Who exactly did he make champion before Tyson Fury gave him his few months of fame? I doubt we ever see him on the big stage after this Tyson needs an American trainer someone like Jesse Reid.Comment

Good move for fury but I also think that tyson would benefit from a certified strength and conditioning specialist as well. He has looked drained and weak in his last fight....Wallin hurt him late in that fight and didn’t capitalise. Wilder would have clearly stopped himComment
