Just got back from the Quartey workout

First up, we were talking and chilling with Kid Chocolate, who just knocked the fudge out of some guy on the Tua card last week. Then Quartey came in and ripped it up on the pads with his trainer. OMG, Quartey's jab is ****ing unbelievable. His right hand and hook were also something to admire.

After his workout, me and the rest of the media sharks came in to get a piece of Bazooka. I asked him about who he wanted to face next, and he said De La Hoya, which came as no great shock to us. He also said that if Wright or Spinks wanted it, to come get it. He then said that Forrest wasn't nobody and hadn't fought anything as good as him.

I then talked to Lou Dibella, who said he would be interested in matching Quartey up with the likes of Mosley and Ouma, should Ouma get by Powell.

On the real though, Jefe represented big time. He is a natural at photographer, getting some good **** with video and still frames. Hes gonna upload it tonight if anyone wants to check it out. I'm going tomorrow to see Forrest, whos coming with me?

Everyone can go to these. Its open to the public, you just gotta be on the media mailing list to know where these are because they aren't advertised. I saw Greg Leon there, but he went to go blow Doug Fischer in the showers so I couldn't talk with him. LOL, who wants to come with me tommorrow? Vernon Forrest and Andre Berto are going to be working out and I need some company.

Quartey sounds like hes going to bring it agianst forest I taking Ike. Good job man your becomeing a celebrity on this site. I also saw your article on Tua on ESB.

It's in Manhattan, at the Crunch Gym on 38th street, between 7th and Broadway. Its mad tight there, and press gets some nice VIP treatment. They were offering us free drinks and ****, sports drinks that is. Vitamin Water is yummy
