Great assessment for T Crawford...Thank you for clarifying "Being better and having a better resume are different" Understanding talent, most would agree, the current PBC WW's won't make the distance with T Crawford, it's night & day when you're able to recognize talent..

I agree Ruiz is definitely going to have to be put on suicide watch.

He getting blasted by everyone and now everyone knew he was going to lose and it wasn’t even going to be close. I picked AJ by tko and if AJ keeps fighting like this I’m not going to be a fan.

Nothing weirder and goofier then seeing a ripped giant fight scurred???

Like Bread said, "It's on the promoters, specifically Crawford's promoter!" Bread is right, it's gonna take a huge amount of money to get Spence on ESPN! I don't think it's gonna happen! I think Crawford has to fight Spence on a PBC show, most likely FOX! FOX and ESPN are rivals in sports (not just boxing) programming! FOX is not going to let Haymon take Spence to ESPN after all they've done with PBC!

I don’t get it??? Everyone will look GREAT against C fighters especially when your elite??? I’m sorry but how can you rate someone soo high based off future pretend fights???

I noticed Bread didn’t answer the question about “when a fighter looks the good until they are matched 50/50”?

I’ve seen this “Boogeyman Effect” way way too many times. That’s why I can’t rank guys p4p #1 for being an A fighter beating only C fighters.

You and Bread can but I can’t. Everyone has a different way of judging p4p’ers. Mine happens to be actually seeing guys fight OTHER highly ranked boxers.

And INOUE 1C??? Is he calling the Donaire fight a fluke? If he was 1C really he should of won like Rig. And Frampton did....

I also like his idea to “force” fighters to legally fight him by becoming their mandatories. That will PROVE without a doubt who’s ducking who if all the sudden said fighter moves up all the sudden or drops the belt THEY owned for years.

I think his point was that people decided to under rate some of Crawfords opposition because of how dominant he was against them. Diaz, postol and indongo were well respected fighters despite not having big names and weren't considered C class. But, once Crawford dominated, they became trash in the eyes of fans. Canelo has the bigger names but most would say he didn't face the best versions available of most of those big names when it comes to guys like mosley, Cotto, ggg and kovalev. Also, if you think back to the late 90s /early 2000s, mostly everyone had Roy Jones over Oscar on the p4p list despite the fact that Oscar faced significantly better comp. Regardless of comp, most would agree that in a p4p sense, Roy was always much better than Oscar. If you truly know boxing, you can often tell who's better. Yeah, sometimes guys step up and get exposed like a Broner, but do you really think Crawford would fail to impress like Broner did if he faced vs guys like Danny Garcia, porter, Thurman or even spence? I don't.

Totally agree. Tonight will be my third time seeing Crawford fight live. I attend many fights but for those who haven't seen Bud fight in person then you are certainly missing out. The whole P4P list is just way too subjective. IMHO Crawford will go down as an all time great and hall of famer. Those are the lists that really matter!

No. But at the same time I can’t move fighters up over guys who have fought and beat better ranked fighters.
