Watching Ulimate Boxxer live ,whats the Deal on it ?

( Ultimate ) Never heard of it was scrolling through You Tube and its on live ,its a HW tournament or something later ? I saw some familiar names like Nick Webb and Sean Turner . does this go on their official pro record ? This is a nice little surprise not sure what the rules are though ,funny Ultimate Fighting was once a tournament set up to. .

8 participants, 3x3 min rounds. All fights are same day => Finalist have to fight 3 times in a row.

Webb Vs Bennett are now in the finals. Webb had relatively easy fights, especially compared to Bennett.
Bennett's stamina was completely done in both of his fights. Bennett Vs Sandland was the fight of the night so far. Incredible slugfest lol. You can use the rewind function to replay that fight.

Thanks , didn't know it was the final already thought it just started . Ha Fast paced fights with limited rounds isn't so easy, people think longer fights are harder but you can't or don't have to pace yourself in some of these even fighting multiple fights all night ,going 3 rnds one can really let loose.

Edit : This looked like a Toughman Contest with skills ,rough skills ,Webb looked like he had a real hard night, not easy fighting multiple guys you don't prepare for though in tournament set up.
