He's the most naturally talented HW I've known, if somebody told you 10-15 years ago that they went into the future and saw that Danny would never win a world title then you'd be absolutely shocked.

he's like any other heavyweight, but to be a champion you gotta have something more and he doesn't have that, he's a sloppy fighter that should've never been given the chance to verse Tyson because he didn't deserve a win over him, who the hell knew what Danny Williams was before he versed Tyson? C'mon man.. like I said before he simply lacks skill...there's nothing more to it

Well, I've been following Danny since his amateur days and I've never known a HW with that sort of natural talent. When there's no pressure of him, he's a world-beater, always has been. In the gym, he's a world-beater. He just had mental issues and eating issues.

Off pressure every fighter is better, that's a skill he needs to develop, not to be pressured, what kind of mental issues does he have? i kno he has eating issues, and about the pressure thing i've seen his hands shake sometimes in the ring while boxing for some reason...

No psychologist or psycharist could work out his mental issues. The poor guy would often come to the ring in floods of tears.. he was regularly treated for a lack of confidence, but he'd always say before fights that he was going to KO his opponent with ease and stuff, so I don't know.

I'm sure he just used to put too much pressure on himself before fights, because he's been told since the age of eight that he's a future world champion. When he lost his first pro fight, he was smiling in the ring! He said he finally felt free.

Not good enough as you didn't include William's flailing around as Vitali "The Russian Test Boxing Robot T-387" Klitchko pummelled him repeatedly into the canvas. That was hilarious. Also memorable when Klitchko said afterwards something along the lines of "..I have to give credit to Williams, he has a very hard head, my hands are really hurting". Surely one of the most derogatory comments ever.

Just a shame that Wladimir and Vitali clearly have a closer "bond" than any of us could ever have feared. Probably why America has taken them to it's heart.
