Fair enough... I guess maybe that's a dimension anyone not from the US will probably never really get fully.

So even though it ain't on the same broadcast or even though it's on a Thursday they reckon shoehorning it into the Superbowl weekend will boost viewership / subs huh? I guess it's exposure, but I don't get how it will cross over if the Superbowls gonna be on cable and the fights are gonna be on DAZN, unless maybe it's more about pulling in some of the early weekend crowd to the live event or something?

It won’t pull any of the Super Bowl crowd. The vast majority of people watching and going to the super bowl won’t even know it’s happening and don’t have dazn. There will be no promotion of the card linking it to the super bowl either. Being completely honest, most of the money made in American boxing doesn’t come from the gate....it comes from the networks and advertisements. Boxing is not a major sport in the USA as it is in the uk, though the sheer size of the USA by population makes boxing quite profitable here

Andrade should've cancelled this fight and worked on the fight vs charlo..but we all know charlo is gonna fight eubanks. All andrade can do is wait to see if ggg or canelo fight him after the keeler fight...cant hate on the guy for staying busy, he's been calling out the top dogs

Jojo Farmer fight should be the main event, another pointless mismatch for Andrade. I like the Roman fight. Putting it on Thurs is because it's at the Superbowl should get a lot of exposure

Andrade fighting a nobody again, even if he can’t land a big name, he could’ve lined up a hungry top contender.

I’m sick of these guys constantly blowing hard about wanting to fight the best then they go and fight nobody’s.

At least Golovkin fights a somebody every second fight.
