If that's the case then only like 12% of the people in Houston watched the fight.

Houston has a population of 2.3 million.

Showtime is a dead zone. I though this would do at least 300k but Showtime has fallen even farther than I thought. Espinoza wants to do 2-4 pay per views next year in order to afford bigger names but I don't see that strategy working out too well.

Horrible ratings. According to Nielsen ratings it finished 117th barely even cracking the top 150 ratings. I thought the idea of PBC on FOX was that it was making these fighters bigger stars but these guys are going back to Showtime drawing worse ratings then they did before.

The Charlo-Centeno fight in 2018 drew 545K viewers on Showtime. Then fought on fox end of 2018. Went back to Showtime has fought twice in 2019 Adams fight drew 379K and now just 249K. Charlo going in the wrong direction

NO ONE wants to see these kind of fights! If they want the numbers up, then Charlo, GGG, Canelo, Andrade, Derevyanchenko, in a number of combinations need to fight each other, instead of showcase fights!

When it comes to the networks I don't side with no one except the green. Especially if you have no toes or contracts with a network but go where the grass is much greener. Davis turned down $5million to fight farmer on DAZN then offered less to farmer to fight in Showtime that doesn't make any sense to me (then again idk how much was DAZN gonna pay Farmer) same with Charlo and Andrade just go where the money will be paid the most. Jose Ramirez went to DAZN in Hooker's town knowing that he has a large fan base in central Cali and beat Hooker. Is not that hard. Bivol might come down to ESPN for a unification. Krusher went to DAZN Ruiz did it aswell why is it so hard to take the money and fight

showtime has become the network where you throw all your garbage crap that you can't sell/promote. im sure espinoza is so happy he allied with haymon.

Because Andrade is under contract with DAZN. And Charlo claims he’s his own boss and promoter. That’s the difference.
