Rumored super fight: Adrien Broner vs. Keith Thurman in the works

The welterweights have clearly dropped the ball big time when it comes to popularity, now it's back to being all about the heavyweights. The inactivity of these fighters and the terrible decisions their teams have been making has significantly hurt their popularity.
Keith Thurman vs Adrien Broner wouldn't even sell 75k PPVs right now. Even the super fight between Spence and Crawford or Pacquiao wouldn't sell more than 300k PPVs. It's sad considering the talent pool and the perfect initial conditions Floyd Mayweather provided for welterweights.

It will likely be best to put it in California for the Celebs to turn out.

I think 300 to 500k are amazing numbers now, and no heavyweight is doing that so how can you say its back to the heavyweights?
FOX is the only one promoting boxing, ESPN doesnt care they focus more on UFC.
