How did joshuas cardio improve so dramatically?

I know he lost weight but 10lbs is not that much of a big deal for a guy that size, he was still bouncing around on his toes as the fight was ending.

From someone known to gas to a cardio king in the next fight?

He gave an interview where he talked about having a surgical procedure to fix something that was wrong before the 1st fight. I don't know specifically what it was. He also looked to be in far better shape as you indicated.

Dropping unnecessary muscle and being relaxed in there probably contributed i think this health/stamina issue was psychological he was burning to much nervous energy in there from all the pressure he had going into fights i believe he has chilled out a bit and learned to relax in there now. Although i might be way not entirely sure.

maybe it was just a Rhynoplasty to help with the breathing, and that way they could use some "legal" drugs to help with conditioning. I wouldnt doubt it, and I wouldnt think it would change the outcome of the fight at all, Ruiz was slow as *****. Joshua could have gave away the last 3 rounds the way Oscar did to Tito and still have won clearly.

The way I see it, top athletes should be able to use whatever drugs they want to use, they got paid millions and we don't. We just want to see the best perform their best against the best. Marihuana, coke??? come on, probably they worsen the fighters performance, let them use whatever they want the way Baseball players did on the 90s.

Nice alt, but what kind of rationale is that, they have more money let them dope and potentially harm one another haha what on earth.

Cardarine aka GW50156 can take you from couch potato to clearing miles on the 4th day of taking it.

Baby Miller got caught taking it funnily enough but then what wasn't he on lol. Test and HGH too. Probably fast burning orals and no ester Trenbolone.

People who think you can't beat these tests are crazy, they've basically admitted they've still not found a way to detect HGH doping, which is odd as Miller was caught using HGH...they had literally a two hour window to even possibly detect it and he'd have to have gigantic doses.

It's also possible that you saw a natural athlete dedicate a whole training camp to speed, stamina and moving as opposed to dedicating it to fast, explosive bursts of huge power shots and fast twitch muscles.

AJs stamina issues were always tied to his vulnerability. Go back and look, he doesn't randomly tire after x amount of rounds, it's almost always after losing his equilibrium.

Good sparring where those that stepped in brought a lot of pressure.

First time I’ve seen AJ not have to get a second wind for a long time.

Bit two fold I suppose. Ruiz’s own feet were just far too slow. To the point it’s shocking that he was able to beat AJ in the first place.

Joshua was never pressed and never taken out of his comfort zone. The fight was fought at his pace.
