A word to all you "pop up" Ruiz fans...

You guys hate AJ so much that you took everything Ruiz said or did, and you ran with it. You guys even tried to say that putting on 15 extra pounds, was a good thing hahah. You built Ruiz up to be this unbeatable monster who had a Tyson/Foreman like punch, when in reality, Ruiz was always a decent fighter who had no discipline. And when he got the belts, he partied, went on TV shows, ate, drank, skipped workouts and basically ****ed himself for the rest of his career. but you idiots kept right behind him. For the last 6 months all you did was say"Ruiz will KO AJ" and you never really looked at what was happening. Take this as a lesson and next time, don't let you hatred for a boxer, cloud your judgement. And if you are an "all of a sudden" Ruiz fan, feel free to eat crow right now.

Try not to take the first AJ loss to Ruiz too personally, including the fact that AJ got knocked around the ring like a piece of nothing and basically quit.

Also: Just because fans like a certain boxer doesn't mean they hate YOUR boxer.

I myself do indeed hate AJ, but that's because he won't fight Wilder or Fury. (I wouldn't either in his shoes.)

I call them Deontay PBC Ruiz fans. Had no care for Ruiz, Ruiz then scored the upset and PBC Andy was born, they begged him to break his contract and run and hope he kept his belts in court, they begged him to only fight in America and refuse anywhere Hearn said, they said super PBC Andy would just do the same thing again cuz Joshua was a hype job and much more.

But now its time to go back to just plain old Andy Ruiz, No Deontay, No PBC Andy, just Andy the fat slob that was never any good and Joshua beating a fat slob means nothing bla bla bla.

Ruiz had like 4 , maybe 5 actual fans on here before the AJ fight......what fan base, that magic one that came out of nowhere ? Come”on now it’s a fabrication ,the truth is the Ruiz cheering squad were AJ haters . If your a real one it’s a rarity.

Yes, AJ won't fight Fury or Wilder, but he somehow offers them both career high pay days??? Wilder wants to fight AJ, but he turns down 120 million and unification???? You are either ******ed, ******, or both. And I never took the Ruiz loss personal. I knew it was a fluke and now it is corrected. Ruiz was lucky to win a round yesterday. Fury will come up with a lame excuse and the Wilder fight will not happen in February so don't get your hopes up hahaha.

Ruiz was never in AJ's class.
He had his moment and I respect that.

I love how quiet it is in here today too. All the "Ruiz had weights in his hat" and AJ is a robotic bum talk, has dimmed. Now it's all about saying that AJ fought boring or that RUIZ came in too fat (even though the saem people said that the extra weight would either help him, or it didn't matter)

No, I've liked Ruiz for years now since watching him on Solo Boxeo coming up as a prospect. I wouldn't say he had a big fanbase but he was definitely known to people who keep their finger on the pulse of Mexican boxing. I mean a Mexican-American heavyweight is rare in itself especially one who was racking up wins and showing that hand speed.

He was such a breath of fresh air and a great story after that first fight. He won me over.

I still like him but coming in overweight disappointed me and he lost a lot of the good will be had built up.
