aah ok, you're right... since a few months back

now it makes PERFECT sense why Hearn has been frantically talking about Usyk since BEFORE he moved up to heavyweight

I would bet my life that Hearn promised Usyk a Joshua fight... which is why he moved up to heavyweight, and why he signed a deal with matchroom

    that fight will DEFINITELY happen

No way Hearn and AJ vacate the IBF before the WBO. The WBO rankings have matchroom fighters in the top positions so even if Joshua vacates Matchroom and DAZN still have control over the belt. The opposite is true with the IBF belt because Pulev is with Arum and Kownacki with PBC.

Modern sport moves with the times. Boxing is the exception. One belt, one champion per division.

lets not forget Hunter drew with Povetkin, Povetkin fought Joshua and gave him a run for his money.

              Usyk schooled Hunter all night.....

Put two and two together, Usyk > Joshua

As others have already said, defending the IBF against Pulev would probably make most sense.
Parker and Usyk could fight for the vacated WBO, and Joshua can get that belt back by facing the winner. If it's Usyk then it ticks all the boxes.

Joshua has smartened up since Fatso Mexicano pulled that upset with the illegal punch behind the ear, so Joshua will be tough to beat going forward because he'll be much more measured and methodical. Usyk's defense is terrible.

Joshua will defend the IBF against Pulev at Wembley.

The WBO will be vacated and Usyk will fight Parker for it at the O2.

Winners will meets end of 2020 in a unification.
