He did the job and did well

But he lost his right hand for the last 3 rounds, so does need to train and spar more as he has reinvented himself whilst fury and wilder are at their best and won’t be making changes

Joshua if he prepares and trains like this for his next two fights with two camps under him. We should see a much better joshua imo

It’s very difficult to totally change yourself. What he showed tonight is he has a great tank now and is super quick when he wants to be

But he did become gun shy for sure for the last 2-3 rounds

All of the top 3 heavies could beat each other imo

I hope he keeps the weight down after this. The guy learned his lesson.

Joshua is great. I was actually thinking he should adopt Wlad Klitschko's strat verse aggressive fighters. It would really benefit him.

He looks a much more complete fighter now, he has his work cut out against Fury and Wilder but I also think he can win both fights. Ruiz has a granite chin, could Wilder or Fury take some of those same shots? could Joshua land them on those guys?

            All interesting questions.

No pressure, just humble yourself and do what you are supposed to do and win..He was dumb the first fight, to ****y and had to be brought back to reality.

I don’t think he looked that fluid.

He’s still pretty stiff but he had a very specific gameplan and stuck to it almost perfectly, so that was impressive.

He wouldn’t look so fluid against some other opposition. He’s never going to be some really fluid beautiful boxer, but not everyone can be.\

He’s still very basic, but the basics was exactly all he needed to do v Ruiz.
