Ortiz refused a PPV O2 arena fight in July and admitted he needed more time ,if Ortiz didn't duck that fight why did he fight on the same day as whyte did here in the states ? Nice to see you're still posting with not knowing actual facts . lol If you go back even further you would know Ortiz left out on his 3 fight contract under Hearn in the U.K in 2016 when Whyte offered to fight him ,another duck I guess ? :wank:

Canelo was officially banned for 6 months, Lucas Browne was also banned for clenbuterol and I believe he had a lot less of the stuff in his system.If you honestly believe Canelo's story then I feel sorry for you.

I thought it was a great scrap! Wach literally never stopped punching, crazy for his age and history. Whyte looks godawful coming forward btw, he is a counter puncher through and through and has a really nice counter left hook. For whatever reason, when he's on the front foot - he loses all his polish and throws his punches in such an ungainly fashion.

As a side note, I see a lot of people talking about how amazing Ortiz is for some reason in this thread? You do know that Wach KO'd (i mean knocked out cold) Hammer? Ortiz labored to a very uninspiring decision winner over the same guy 10 years later! It's also worth noting that Wach went the full 12 with a peak Wlad

I would bet an Ortiz vs Wach fight would look almost identical to this fight. As it is, I think Ortiz and Whyte would be a great fight, id love to see it.

You keep asking the same questions. Do some fighters get artificial rankings? Absolutely! I have been following boxing since the 70's. My first "favorite" fighter was Smokin Joe frazier. Are the sanctioning bodies corrupt? Of course but Dillian Whyte is his own worst enemy. A win over Ortiz and he would have forced their hand. Do other guys get title shots with worse resumes? Yes but that matters little. Whyte put himself in the position that he is in. It is always easy to blame others but if he fought and beat Ortiz then he would have had his coveted shot. Wilder will rematch Fury and if he wins then Whyte may eventually get his shot. My prediction? Whyte get's knocked the fu.k out. Time will tell!
