The b sample must have been contaminated too because they never tested it.

They didn’t mention a clean b sample as a reason why they cleared him so they never tested it.

How can you come to that conclusion? You don't know if it was tested or not.

If it was tested and came back negative, UKAD would mention that as one of the reasons why he’s cleared.
