This wouldn't work for Canelo. His core fanbase is in Mexico and the western United States. The fight would bomb on DAZN and would get less ratings on Mexican television. This works out perfectly for AJ because he sells PPV in England, London and Saudi Arabia time zones only differ by 3 hours.

Canelo isn't a global superstar .. he's a Mexican and Mexican American superstar.

He's been gifted too many fights and that's part of the reason why the rest of the world don't rate him.

He's a superstar in Mexico and in the United States.

That makes him global to me.
