Imo that would be a great fight. Whyte is not as good as Ortiz is, imo. At least technically.

Another great fight would be Whyte vs kownacki. He's fighting wach, instead, that's much more a 'anyone' than Ortiz or kownacki.
Ortiz is not George Foreman. The last thing to go is power and Ortiz never had one punch power. Like Foreman Wilder will be competitive into his old age but he'll always get out boxed right up until he connects.

A Whyte Ortiz fight would be great but Ortiz is old and looking for money fights not grinding brawls for 1 or 2 million. Whyte doesn't want Ortiz either because he wants money fights and he just got through grinding it out with Rivas, a guy that nobody wants to fight. Also Dillian has been told too often to "get by this one guy and a title shot is right around the corner" but it never happens.

For the record, I do think Whyte needs to make a fight with Ortiz but I also think he's too stubborn.

Deontay Wilder was chasing Joshua not his Matchroom bodyguard. The 'Bronze-Bomber' fought a bigger threat in both Luis Ortiz and Tyson Phooey, both were ranked higher than Shyte. Dillian is a scrub, he will get dealt with in time IF Dillian has a boxing licence.

LOL, Chasing Joshua???? Hes been running from Joshua for over 2 years now, making excuses for 2 years, turning down offers for 2 years. Team Wilder made 1 crappy unfit for purpose an unsignable offer to AJ then ran like hell hoping that that little smoke screen would be enough to get people off his back and hopefully make him look like he is not a world level ducker.

Whyte is second rate compared to Wilder ,Fury and even Joshua .Ruiz would beat him too .Given the drugs history I think it's the fans that are being 'screwed over' here!

I am no Wilder fan but I agree, Fury schools him and Wilder damn near puts him in a body bag. He is a slightly above average HW.
