It's ridiculous, Parker at least has been in there with Ruiz, Joshua Whyte and Takam.

Ortiz has been in there with Wilder and been stopped twice by him but has this phantom rep as a boogeyman mainly amongst Wilder fans because if you prop up Ortiz then Wilder looks better right.
