No-one would deny that he's been very well managed. For all the talk of not letting fighters take advantage of him in terms of splits, they were certainly happy to pay over the odds to get Martin and Parker. They saw Martin as a weak champ and Parker was a sure thing. I rate Parker but he's a smaller AJ in terms of style. Klitschko was risky so early, but a calculated gamble and propelled his career in the way they thought it would.

In terms of his ambition, I think it's unparalleled in the HW division. He went and unified where others didn't. Whyte argued over money instead of taking his shot - AJ didn't do that when Martin and Parker came around.

I still believe he's the one who was genuinely aiming for undisputed. And I think he's comfortable with taking an L in getting there. That's what boxers do.

Don't know if he'll actually ever get there, or even win another title, but surely you can admire him for trying.
I hope he wins his better back but I hope he does it looking good, am not a hater of his, as a fellow Brit I want him to win.

I have just never subscribed to him as am a sweet science sort of guy, this is why I laugh when some of these Wilder fanatics get hormonal when am making my feelings clear about Joshua and Wilder.

Have always seen Joshua as a risk taker, somewhat more than Wilder. For what his skillset are and what he achieved in 22 odd fights I truly stand by him for that.

Taking on Wlad in only 19th fight is crazy to me, so no I don’t s hit on risk takers. We shall see if he proves me wrong on Saturday, I truly hope he does.

There's no way Fury takes on a big boxer/puncher. Absolutely no way.
Fury is scared of no man, and certainly not a big stiff idiot like AJ.

Joshua is rubbish, he would get completely dominated by the Gypsy King.

          Yet another reason why Fury>Joshua
Wlad destroyed Joshua by knocking him out in the 11th? ?

I don't think he is shot. He was doing very well before the knockdown and in between knockdowns. He got caught and never recovered or Ruiz has his number.

I think he has enough skills and size to win if he keeps to a good fight plan.

He looks like a completely different fighter prior to the Klitschko fight. He looks a lot faster, his hands look lightening fast actually. He moves around the ring a lot and boxes impressively. He’s very fluid and has really solid defense.

I’m incredibly impressed with him in these old fights.

After his war with Klitschko, he stands still, looks stiff, seems slower, gets hit way too often and seems to be looking for the kill all the time.

Takam was really coming on in that fight before the stoppage, Povetkin was having his way but just couldn’t stand up to the eventual barrage. (I don’t think Parker tested him enough to be included on this list)

                Then the Ruiz fight happened.

I’m wondering if the Klitschko fight ruined him. It was brutal and he probably should have been knocked out. It reminds me of Vargas-Trinidad. Vargas was another young guy who was an amazing boxer but completely changed after that beating. He outboxed Quartey and Wright but after the Trinidad fight, it seemed like he lost a step and he turned into a flat footed brawler who tried to impose his size and strength.

I think we might be seeing the same thing with Joshua. I think he might be shot already.

Regardless I give him credit for going all out at a young age.
                Well done, actually.

I don't think he's 'shot' but that is a valid point. He was a much more dynamic fighter before that fight. That was a war and he was concussed for several rounds so anything is possible.

I'm sure Josh will be ok. The ref rescued Josh from further punishment so he can fight another day.
If the ref had of let it continue, josh might have retired 6 months ago.

Wlad may have lost the fight, but he took Femi's soul.

Just wait until after the fight and you'll hear the truth.

But imma hater so ignore me
Okay, I'll bookmark that then. See you when the fight happens.

A lot of people talk a lot, the fact is nobody really knows if AJ is past his best or shot. What we do know is the man lives a clean lifestyle and work ethic is something never lacking from him.

My prediction is just a prediction its not a definitive call of, "It is going to happen" AJ will fight cautious and if the KO comes it will come but he will fight safe and go for a 12 rd UD. Similar to the Parker fight.
