He would be provisionally banned until the process is completed, he isn't because they already had a hearing and he was not provisionally suspended. UKAD are only required to make statements where doping is found, in which case they publish their findings along with the sanction.

No doubt people have been provisionally banned and later found innocent throughout the process, I have never heard of someone not being provisionally suspended and later found guilty, thats generally not how it works.

Anyways I hope they work on their processes, and make it quicker. A lot of fans want to know about this Whyte case, they seem more intrigued than Miller who tested positive for 3 different drugs and who isn’t banned in their country.

I don't understand why Rivas lost in the first place. He knocked down Whyte and it was quite an equilibrate match otherwise, so a draw at most should have been the outcome.

That said, I prefer Rivas as a boxer. Even if smaller he is more technical and possibly even more powerful.

UKAD needs to upgrade their process and have more transparency.

You must be a Wilder fan. Knockdowns dont win fights..

I doubt you'll get that much more transparency, they follow the WADA code, which requires athlete privacy unless a sanction is handed down. It seems they might need to work on the speed of the process at times though.

he was cleared to fight, he was not cleared of wrongdoing. UKAD found anabolic steroids in his system, they had a meeting with the BBBoC and hearn on teh morning of the fight, eddie passed them a paper bag filled with f#cking money and a lot of it, and the fight went on.

then thomas hauser AN AMERICAN JOURNALIST broke the story. this entire process stinks and it's designed to let british fighters off the hook and for british promoters and venues to make a ****load of money. if hauser hadn't broken the story this would have been swept under the rug completely

if white was clean they'd have his B sample tested and make the findings public. that is only done upon request.

there just shouldn't be any major title fights at HW in that country. it's a very easy fix. once joshua no longer has the division by the balls the big fights in the division will go back to las vegas.

No idea how the glove thing just fell off the map. I got the impression that’s what Anber was most angry about.
