Do you think America’s lack of PPV stars have also hurt Wilder’s ability to sell PPVs?
Wilder, his resume, his mouth and the PBC is what has hurt Wilders ability to sell PPV's.

I think it depends who he fights, and it depends on which network too. ESPN/Showtime/FOX etc If he fights an American who is popular then he would definitely do well. One thing am going to say doe, is the bar is set sooooo low in terms of American HW PPV selling numbers. I could see him beating those currently numbers easily after a few fights and promotional push.

Considering the weakness of the American PPV market right now i doubt AJ does great in the States. To achieve better numbers i think he would have to face an American or atleast American based fighter. I struggle to see him doing any less than Deontay Wilder. His last fight bombed so bad its embarrassing, but for a foreigner fighting in such a Xenophobic country im sure hed do ok. Not that it matters, who ever he fought in America he could add around half a million PPV's from his home land even if the fight is on at 5am there cuz its in America. Hold it at a time that suits Brits those PPV's could well go over a million.

I hope the point of this thread isnt to try make Wilders terrible numbers sound a bit better cuz there is nothing to be said or done that could make Wilders last numbers look anything other than pathetic. Also i wouldnt try to compare Wilder to one the sports biggest pulls, thats a comparison Wilders never going to look good in.
