  • Espinoza PUBLICLY said Wilder Ortiz 2 PPV wasn’t worth it, like Canelo vs Smith 2 PPV

Why would Canelo fans pay $80 to watch Canelo try(?) to attempt to KO Liam Smith again in a rematch? Pointless...

How does a casual fan or Wilder fan justify the IMPORTANCE to pay for such a high premium price?

Isn’t this obvious? Clearly Fox Sports was trolling? Espinoza knew it wasn’t PPV worthy.

Its Callum Smith they will likely be fighting not Callum's brother Liam Smith. I agree with you on the price tag though, I wouldn't pay $80 for a guy who you don't even know if his fights are real or staged that and if he is abiding by the rules of VADA/USADA. Wilder will always sell because he is a heavyweight who f***s people up badly, besides I think the Ortiz PPV was worth it since it sets up the Fury PPV rematch up well. Fan will know what to expect.

No. I said it would be redundant and pointless had Canelo fought Liam Smith again... lol.. You’re confused!

I don't get how a Liam Smith rematch can be drawn comparison to Wilder fighting Ortiz again? The Ortiz fight was actually a very tough fight for Wilder the Liam Smith fight on the other-hand was a complete and utter mismatch.

Nope. The Smith’s loved and hoped for the idea that Canelo would have a hard time making 154. Canelo looked nasty drained and to pull down his shorts for GGG’s wife. They welcomed the WBO defense as Liam was undefeated and in his 3rs defense.

So you’re saying Wilder Ortiz 1 was competitive that the rematch made sense for PPV? I’m telling you, Canelo Smith2 PPV would never make sense
