Ron Lyle would hold a belt today.

And we don't really have to factor in who is being hit because power, like speed is objectively quantifiable. Power is power. Speed is speed.

Other attributes like heart and skill are determined by who you're fighting against, but a train going at a certain speed is going to run over who ever in the hell is in front of it.
To lose to every quality guy you fight says something.

    As for power/speed -
    Some guys can't be ko'd.
    Some guys are suspect.

I'd trade in both for accuracy.

Losing to every quality guy in the best era ever means that you'd be a champ in lesser eras.

And nobody's arguing Wilder's accurate, just that the power that he generates with his right hand is more than anybody else's.

Guys who've trained with him, The Klitschkos, and Anthony Joshua, like Richard Towers said that he was far and above more powerful than them.

David Haye said he's more powerful than any of them,

Guys like Teddy Atlas & Max Kellerman, who are historians of the sport say his right hand is the most powerful.

Doesn't mean he's the best or that he'd land that punch on everybody, but the power itself is objective.
