......Are u forgetting about Tim Bradley?

To this day, i still believe Arum had something to do with Manny getting robbed. It benefited him too much, and he couldn't help to show immediately after the fight!

That rematch money was burning a hole through his pocket, Bobby wasnt close to being upset his star fighter just got robbed!

    "Where dey do dat at"!!??

Bob will never allow Stevenson to fight Lomachenko. Just like he never allowed Crawford to fight Pacquiao. Top Rank doesn't build black stars with fights against their non-black A side fighters. It never happens.

Why sign these guys if you don't believe they can be stars and you not willing to invest in them to become stars? That **** is frustrating to me.
The real question is why are they signing with Arum. Shakur was courted by PBC and Mayweather Promotions throughout the Olympics and then spat on their face by signing with top rank. Ypu reap what you sow.

If this is so, same as you say about Crawford, then why not just leave and go to a different promoter or adviser? Crawford, knowing what you say, willingly resigned with TR.

They both know what they are doing.

This day and age you cannot force these fighters to fight each other. Valdez decided to give up his belt and move on to 130.

Stevenson will just have to bide his time. Look what we ended up with in the GRJ and LSC drama. That crap was to be made for years and still nothing happened.

In general there isn't a large black fanbase to support black fighters. There's not a lot of profit in it for promoters.

The rabid Mexican fanbase on the other hand has pretty much kept boxing alive in the US.

That's why even Floyd fought on the May 5 and September 16 weekends...both Mexican holidays.

Prospects can’t be ducked. Dude barely picked up a title a few weeks ago. Fighting prospects isn’t good business now is it?

Stevenson will get the big fights when he leaves Top Rank. Just like Floyd. Or he'll end up like Crawford. Top Rank has a pattern they've been using for over 50 years. Why do you expect them to change it now?
Top Ranks pattern has built the three biggest names of the last 30 years. Oscar, Manny and Floyd. Not a bad pattern at all.

Yes now you're getting it. The last thing Stevenson wants to do is wait around and get old under Top Rank like Crawford is doing. Lets hope he ditches Bob Arum while he's still young and not resign with him when his current contract is up.

Who the hell ducks a decision loss to Stevenson to get knocked the f**k out by Berchelt? Lmao, it was simply time for Valdez to move up.
