Maybe I been out of the loop for awhile but I just read that Whyte will be fighting Wach on the Joshua/Ruiz undercard.

Did I miss something, what was the verdict? Was Whyte really juicing? Was Whyte clear to fight? Where is the B sample?

What dp you mean where is it? They are conducting a confidential investigation required by WADA guidelines. Until that is complete don't expect to hear anything unless it's leaked. This is a long process conducted that all WADA signatories are required to do. Just recently it took USADA 2 years to ban a big time US coach for using PEDs.
