Horn had a legitimate title. Moving up to 154 and fighting John Doe does nothing for him. At least Horn had the Pac win beforehand whether it be legit or not, people knew him from that fight.

If he fought Munguia at 154 with no catchweight and no hydration clause that’s legit. It would not be a bad fight. Canelo didn’t do that with Fielding.

Mungia, sure, but were talking about him moving up after Mungia drops his belt and moves to 160 and TC fighting some ranking organizations nobody. He does the same thing now, it wouldn't raise his profile one bit IMO.
