John Ruiz may not have the chin, but he has the ''hug you'' technique to keep him upright.
Before the Golota fights, Bowe had a reliable chin

I think prime vitali klitchko could take wilder's power and still be standing. That dude is has a steel chin.

All the people with tough chins seem to have retired?
        How about tough chins today?
Ruiz, parker, whyte? Who else in struggling?

Yeah, as people have said Vitali Klitschko and The Atomic Bull are two that spring to mind. I'd pick both to beat Wilder, Klitschko more handily due to his size and awkward style.

Ali, Holyfield, older Kliczko, Tua, Ibeabuchi. From today's fighters - Parker, Kownacki and Ruiz.

Go down but get up on steady feet before 9:

                Oliver McCall
                Randall Cobb

                Nikolai Valuev
                David Tua

                Thoughts?
why are we going through history?

Fury got up 2 fights into a crack addicted come back.

Stivern went 12 rounds...are we forgetting all these things?

I see no chance Wilder would drop Vitali Klitschko.

Vitali probably stops him with first big punch.

It's more proven, that's for sure. McCall is rightfully considered one of the GOAT chins but he did not get hit that much and never really took any beatings. Ali took some of the worst beatings you'll see and didn't get dropped even when he was way past it. In his physical prime he really only got dropped once by an ATG punch at the end of a grueling fight and got up quickly on steady legs.
