                Spence at one point readily admitted that Thurman was above him - which is why he wanted to fight him.

                Great fighters acknowledge when someone's above them as their reason to keep going up the ladder.

                Unlike Crawford who claims to be the best but fights the Kavaliauskas's of the world and collects $3 million guarantee, while others dare to great.

                    Is that it? A list of opponents is just one indicator of a boxer's ability so it's certainly not definitive.

                      Resume. Who did you beat? That's all that matters when measuring what someone's capable of. Not how many journeymen you TKO. That's what got Naseem Hamed in trouble.

                      We can say Crawford is a good fighter. But there's no way he can be considered "better" than a guy who's resume in the last 8 years ALONE destroys Crawford's entire career. There's just no way.
