    Per capita is the term you're looking for. Probably phone auto correct though.

    Maybe just something about the Southern United States.

    George Foreman from Texas. Sonny Liston born in Arkansas. Joe Frazier born in South Carolina.

      Not as great a hitter, but Evander Holyfield was also born in Alabama. And he did put Ray Mercer down with a single shot, which is noteworthy.

                Plus when Tua was born it actually called Western Samoa not just Samoa.
