But there was 3 fight deal for 100mil, he still couldn't make the fight. He offered to. Just wanted AJ if he won.
Now considering Eddie and AJ were both saying they wanted AJ-Wilder, a fight with Wilder vs. Whyte in the UK would be a great build for it. But Eddie made it clear he wasn’t willing to put AJ in with Wilder even if he beat Dilly Dilly.
So Wilder wasn’t interested.Comment

Well, it doesn't really matter what Eddie Hearn says/does. The reality of it is that it only matters what the WBC says/does.Dillian fans have selective amnesia.
Eddie offered Wilder like $4M to fight Dilly Dilly. Wilder said yes, if he gets AJ next if he wins. Eddie quickly came back with ‘no, no, it doesn’t work that way.’ So Wilder moved on.

That’s one of a dozen or more links to stories on the same topic around the same time. Google ‘em all if you wish.
Funny, all that time Eddie had Whyte on a leash and AJ was champ and Eddie keeps saying how Dillian deserves a title shot ... but never thought to rematch him with AJ? Seems like a real disconnect there.
Maybe after Ruiz finishes repeating his victory over Joshua, Eddie can rematch AJ and Dillian for the IBO title or something.
Whyte was appointment as mandatory until a few weeks ago, when Fury was named mandatory. Whyte was mandatory for a long time and never got the shot.
Are you saying that Hearn controls the WBC rankings???Comment
