I can't wait to see it! My first live boxing match too
Or just don't get into exchanges into with Ruiz who is faster and throws better compact punches.

And plus i feel like those 2 knockdowns dictated the rest of the fight.

But him saying "i need to change or else" It makes me very nervous.

And have fun.... Try no to get too drunk lol

He hasn’t lost that much weight. He looks to have returned to his fight weight for the Whyte fight. He looks more fluid at this weight.

AJ proved himself to be great pressing his opponent and imposing his will. Against Ruiz and Povetkin, he's turned himself into passive, lateral-moving, counterpuncher. It's not his strength and you don't give up strengths at the level that he's fighting.

He has to get to the point, where he embraces his strengths. Canelo went through a similar period in his pro career. He would willingly give ground and lose rounds to the likes of Alfonso Gomez. His loss to Floyd and draw to GGG were blessings in disguise because now he gives himself the best chance of winning.

Canelo discovered that he shouldn't give ground to anyone and it's the difference between GGG I and GGG II. AJ must get to the point and, if he has, it will be the difference between Ruiz I and Ruiz II (he could stop Ruiz if he presses behind his jab and keeps him at the end of his punches), if not, he opens the door to being as shaky as he has in the past 2 fights.

AJ needs to keep Ruiz on the outside with his jab, hold on the inside, and not allow Ruiz to get off punches. If he allows Ruiz to get inside and throw flurries it will be a repeat of last time.

He just seems to be soo shook, so stuck in his own head. Insecurity oozes from every word.

AJ got a lot going on in his head. I think Andy is just thinking of closing distance and swarming him again.

First swarm 8 punch combo will give AJ instant flashbacks and anxiety attacks.

Psychologically Ruiz has all the advantage in rematch. If he can able to make adjustment to new Joshua style then chances are he win it again by KO or decision...
